This policy explains what information The Artifex Project, LLC ("we," "us") collects through this website and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name, if you give it
- Your message about what you'd like help with
Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
What we don't collect
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting a page doesn't send your information to outside font or analytics services.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you and talk about your project. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who helps us handle it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the contact form.
- Resend delivers the form message to our email inbox.
- Calendly handles bookings if you choose to schedule a call. Calendly is a separate service with its own privacy policy, and it only applies if you click through to book.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages in our email for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us.Just send us a note through the contact form.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
